We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, availability, or permanent access to the service.

NM Namer and Necrozma LTD. are not responsible for:

• Loss of data or configuration
• Discord-related penalties or restrictions
• Downtime or interrupted service
• User-generated misuse of the platform

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently revoke access to the service at our discretion, with or without notice.

These Terms may be updated or modified at any time.

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
